How Enrollment Works (through Indiana Career Connect)

1. Create/Log in to Indiana Career Connect and complete your profile.
2. Meet with a WorkOne Career Advisor to confirm eligibility and pick your INTraining program.
3. Eligibility screening (WIOA/WRG): upload documents; your advisor determines funding (ITA) and next steps.
4. Select your program on INTraining and complete any provider intake forms.
5. Authorization & start date: after approval, you’ll receive your training authorization and cohort schedule.

Typical Eligibility & Documents

• Indiana resident; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Age 18+ for most adult programs (youth programs have separate criteria).
• Selective Service registration (males born after 12/31/1959).
• Status may include unemployed, under-employed, dislocated worker, low-income, or other WIOA categories.
• Common docs: Government photo ID, Social Security card, proof of address, resume, prior credentials.
