Host Shop Requirements
- Active Indiana barbershop or cosmetology license
- Licensed barber or cosmetologist supervisor on staff
- Clean, professional workspace meeting state board standards
- Willingness to train and Instructor apprentices
- Ability to verify apprentice hours worked
