The Initial Eligibility Aggregate Performance form documents verifiable program-specific performance information for training programs seeking first-time inclusion on Indiana's INTraining and Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). Under WIOA §122 and 20 CFR 680.450, new programs without sufficient completer data may receive a one-year initial eligibility period while performance data is collected.
