Refund Policy

At Elevate for Humanity, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling.

1. Digital Programs and Online Courses

All sales of digital training programs, e-learning content, and virtual workshops are final. Once you have accessed course materials, no refunds will be issued.

2. In-Person Classes and Hybrid Programs

Students may cancel enrollment for in-person or hybrid programs within 72 hours of payment for a full refund—provided no classes have been attended or course materials accessed. After that time, refunds are not issued. Rescheduling may be possible based on program availability.

3. Product Sales (Books, Kits, Supplies)

Physical items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancelled Programs

If a program is cancelled by Elevate for Humanity, students will be offered a full refund or option to transfer into a future session.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We respond within 3–5 business days.

This policy is effective as of July 2025. By purchasing from our site or enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms.
