Teaching credential or adult education experience **On-the-Job Mentors:** - Licensed master barber (Indiana) - Minimum 3 years professional experience - Approved by Indiana State Board as apprenticeship sponsor - Background check and good standing with State Board --- ## Apprenticeship Sponsor Requirements Participating barbershops must: - Hold valid Indiana barbershop license - Employ at least one licensed master barber -
